
I’m Francesco Galante Originally from Napoli, Italy, since I moved to America I dove into the food restaurant business, working in both Italian and American establishments. My passion for culinary exploration drives me to seek out new flavors and experiences, particularly in Michelin-starred restaurants. I'm excited to announce this new venture with my dear friend Pasquale : a homemade pasta business that blends Italian and American traditions.

I’m Pasquale Langella, born and raised Naples, Italy. I grew up immersed in the rich, authentic flavours of Neapolitan cuisine. As a teenager, I began working in local restaurants, sparking my passion for creating high-quality dishes, especially pasta. I quickly became fascinated by how simple ingredients can come together to create extraordinary flavours. I trained in pasta-making, perfecting the art of crafting fresh pasta from scratch. In 2018, I opened my first restaurant in Italy, sharing my love for pasta with customers. Since 2023, I’m in the United States, bringing the true taste of Italy with the finest, freshest ingredients, offering an authentic culinary experience. My mission is to provide the homemade quality of Italian cooking for your events, delivering a truly genuine dining experience that reflects the essence of Italian cuisine
